Inter-Parish Marriage Enrichment Team
For over sixteen years, IMET has been coordinating resources across parish boundaries to deliver relevant and up-to-date marriage enrichment programs that strengthen marriages throughout the Joliet Diocese. With the support of our sponsor parishes, over 2,000 people have attended IMET events since 2007.
IMET invites you to join us for our annual event
GOD CHOSE YOU FOR ME 
A one-day experience created by Worldwide Marriage Encounter to deepen the spiritual
connection between a married couple. Attendees will have the opportunity to learn that their
Marriage is a Sacrament and how that is life giving to themselves and to our church. Throughout
the day the couples will be given examples and guided as they write their
own personal couple prayer unique to their relationship.

Our Presentation Team
We are proud to announce our speakers Tony and Sue Morris who will share their inspiring journey with us. Tony and Sue have been married for 45 years and have four children and eleven grandchildren and live in Waterloo, Illinois. They have lived their WWME Experience in February 1995. They have served in several leadership roles within Worldwide Marriage Encounter including local Encounter leaders, United States Ecclesial Team Leaders, and North American Secretariat Team Leaders.
Joining Tony and Sue will be Father Robert "Rosy" Rosebrough. Father Rosy is a retired priest of the Saint Louis Archdiocese who is renowned for his work in helping couples achieve greatness in their marriages. Father Rosy helps couples recognize that most of married life is not experienced as mountain top - "pikes peak" - moments. The richness of married relationships is found as couples authentically share their day-to-day feelings.

Tickets are non-refundable. If you are unable to attend this event, please utilize the ministry opportunity to offer the tickets to another couple who may not otherwise be able to attend.
